It was very easy to get addicted to drinking as I attended a lot of parties. What started out as social drinking, rapidly became an addition. My family, social life and finances suffered a lot. I worked with Dr Vishal to address the problem and create a solution. I am happy to say i have been sober for 90 days and counting.

I realised, I have an issue which is close to depression. I had seen Juno Clinic on the way to my house and I decided to walk in one day. I met Dr. Vishal there and explained him my issue. He confirmed my depression and explained how it could have happened and how we can combat it. I come every 15 days for my visit which is very candid and helpful. I hope people like me realise how easily depression could happen to anyone and i encourage them to take steps to amend it rather that ignore it. I have seen him thrice in about a month and a half. I do feel better after his counselling and medications. He comes across as very objective and makes me feel comfortable as opposed to apologetic or wrong.
